About Be Less Robot

Founded by Jason Langley, Be Less Robot grew out of a simple observation: most communication training produces people who sound polished but hollow. Technically correct. Utterly forgettable.

Trained as an actor at LAMDA, Jason brings two decades of stage and screen experience into the boardroom. He leads workshops on communication skills, leadership, confidence, collaboration and creativity — creating a supportive but challenging environment where people test themselves and actually improve.

He coaches business leaders across a wide range of sectors to speak with confidence, express their ideas with clarity and impact, and lead their teams with charisma.
